Dr. Ioannis Salmon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Attica. He received his PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Change Management and Human Resource Development, graduating with distinction (10/10). His research activities focus on Change Management, Human Resource Development, Knowledge Management, Strategic Management Models for Businesses and Organizations, and Business Ethics. He is the author and co-author of articles published in prestigious international journals and conference proceedings. He has participated in numerous European and national research projects.
Dr. Salmon teaches the courses Human Resource Management and Development, Leadership and Change Management, Business Ethics and Deontology, and Knowledge Management & Learning Organizations in the Department of Business Administration. Additionally, he has been teaching for several years in postgraduate programs at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the University of West Attica.
